The image shows a Clover Chaco Liner Refill (Yellow), model Art No. 470/Y, which is used for refilling a Clover Chaco Liner. This tool is a specialized fabric marker used in sewing and quilting to draw fine, thin lines for patterns, seam allowances, and darts
How to Use the Chaco Liner
The liner itself features a tiny, rotating toothed wheel at its tip that dispenses a fine line of loose chalk powder as you roll it across fabric.
Application: Hold the tool nearly vertical and roll it along a ruler or template. Shaking it occasionally can help "prime" the flow of powder.
Removal: The markings are temporary and can typically be brushed away, patted off, or washed out.
Important Precaution: Always test on a scrap of your project's fabric first. Avoid ironing over the marks, as heat can make some colors permanent
